Unsure if your campaign reporting is accurate? Use the recommended steps below to validate your campaign was set up correctly.

Validate your campaign objective.
- Campaign objective (Promoted Service Lines and Promoted Facilities) impact the granularity and focus of the reporting metrics.
- Check Campaign Settings under campaign workflow to verify that you are pulling in the correct service lines and facilities based on your campaign goals.



If you did not select promoted services or facilities, reporting will show data across ALL service lines and facilities.

Check that costs are configured/added.
- Inputting costs is a crucial step to ensure that your investment is captured and accounted for in ROI calculations. Make sure accurate costs for all channel types has been added in campaign setup.

Address Marketing Automation.
- Ensure that your Marketing Automation Campaign ID was added prior to launching the campaign.
- If missing, and the Ignite Growth Platform campaign has been launched, the data will be impacted (e.g., leads attributed to the email channel).
- Don’t worry, not all is lost! We can still calculate ROI and capture downstream encounters such as form fills (form integration with Ignite Growth Platform required).
- Ensure that your Marketing Automation Campaign ID was added prior to launching the campaign.

Did your marketing automation campaign get activated?
- Check in marketing automation to confirm the campaign was launched. If it wasn’t, make sure to launch it so your marketing messages are sent.

Check the sync schedule.
- The sync schedule determines how often contacts are synced to Eloqua to be added to your email campaign.
- See "Target Audience" in your campaign to verify that the sync schedule is correct.


- Verify all tactics & tracking are set.

Ensure that you have added tactics & tracking sets for your campaign.
- In the messaging, it's critical to use the platflorm generated URL with Parameters or Tracking Phone Number to ensure you are capturing engagement with your campaign.
