  • Ignite Service Lines: Traditional service line categories tell you what was done. Ours help you understand why for deeper insights into your encounter data and a clearer look at the patient journey.
  • New patients and new visits: Based on direct feedback from our users, these metrics are defined to give you a true view of patient acquisition.
  • Mastered and Unmastered Persons: Record types in your database available for targeting and reporting. Mastered records are created when First and Last Name, Address Line 1, and Zip Code are available; Unmastered records are created with a minimum of an email address or telephone number.
  • Lower-confidence linking: Methodology used to associate Unmastered Persons records with Mastered Persons records based on a match of at least the Unmastered Persons email address or phone number. Used in reporting when a campaign's call to action generates Unmastered Persons records.
