Just two years ago, our focus was on delivering consistent, transparent reporting across Ignite Growth Platform to help you make confident, data-driven decisions. Today, I’m sharing where we are and what’s currently in the works to make your reporting faster and more flexible.
What we’re delivering now
- Tableau in-platform reporting: We directly embedded dashboards with metrics you value to give more immediate visibility, downstream detail, and trend views. We also added more than 15 feature enhancements, including filters on household/individual, age range, and detailed downstream and financial measurements.
- Standardized methodology: Every report uses the same definitions and logic, so your whole team sees the same numbers and can explain “Leads,” “ROI,” and “Attribution.”
- Unmastered Persons in reporting: Targeting on minimal contact information is one new feature with Unmastered Persons. You can also toggle to include them in your reporting using lower-confidence linking if that’s part of your strategy. Ignite Growth Platform supports both approaches!
- Data extracts: You have the ability to pull your campaign lead and downstream performance data straight from the Tableau report for most campaigns.
New opportunities: We’ve been listening!
As usage grows and data volumes increase, we’re working on unlocking new ways to make reporting faster, more scalable, and easier to use.
- More performant reporting: Spinning wheel? Improving performance is a top priority now and for future enhancements. If you need help with your downloads in the meantime, just submit a support ticket and we’ll be happy to assist.
- Scheduled data extracts: We’re building a data-service layer to provide automated flat file exports for your campaign performance data extracts. This gives you the option to schedule your extracts on a cadence— so you can get the data you need, when you need it, without manual steps.
- Deeper analytic insights: Aligned with our Ignite Activation services and methodology, we have several exciting and highly anticipated reporting upgrades on the way, including Multi-Touch Analytics, Digital Performance, and Aggregate Reporting. More details to come in next month’s newsletter!
