Why does the system use "Age at Time of Earliest Contact"?

Answer

This ensures a true distinct count for ROI reporting. By keeping a patient in their original age bucket (e.g., Pediatric) even if they turn 18 during a multi-year campaign, we prevent them from being counted twice and keep conversion rates accurate.
