Each Campaign Reporting tab displays the same 4 top-level KPIs; and what you see is dependent on what metrics are available.

  • ROI: Attributed value/cost
    • WILL change when Unmastered records are included.
  • Leads: Any and all activities associated with a call to action (from any activity type such as Custom Activity, Form, Call, HRA).
    • will NOT change when Unmastered records are included.
  • Attributed Patients: Incremental utilization, or how many patients the campaign has driven to your health system over and above what you would see without the campaign.
    • WILL change when Unmastered records are included.
  • Total New Patients: The campaign dashboard uses a 36 month definition to identify new patients. Individuals who did not have any visit with the health system in the 36 months prior to their earliest contact (not including day of first contact) with the campaign are identified as new. This is true for both primary and secondary contacts. Total New Patients are a subset of Total Patients and not Attributed Patients.
    • WILL change when Unmastered records are included.

An individual retains their new patient status throughout the duration of the campaign. An individual could also have different patient statuses for different campaigns running at the same time. For example, they are a new patient for campaign A (1st visit after 36 months); they then engage with campaign B - they are considered an existing patient for campaign B.
