The Data Extract tab is a row-level, detailed report of downstream activity associated with the campaign. It includes key indicators such as admit date, patient status, payor category, facility, service line, service category and sub-category, procedures, diagnosis, and financials for each visit. Below is a list of field level attributes that would be seen in the column headers of the extract.

Tip: You can download the report as an Excel/csv file.
  • Encounter ID: WebMD Ignite encounter identifier that uniquely identifies individual encounter rows in the data extract, but will not tie back to a user’s own system encounter files.
  • Mastered Person ID: WebMD Ignite's Person Id
  • Source Person ID: This identifier is derived from your organization’s  EMR data feed. This would most likely be the MRN, and allows you to track individuals and visits back in your own system.
  • New / Existing: New or Existing Patient indicator. See the Total New Patient definition in Top-level KPIs.
  • Day of Admit Date: Based on the particular encounter admission date.
  • Encounter Type: References the Encounter Type Distribution in the Downstream Detail tab.
  • Payor Category: References the Payor Category Distribution  in the Downstream Detail tab.
  • Facility: References all relevant facilities compared to just the Top 5 Facilities  in the Downstream Detail tab.
  • Custom Service Line: Your Customer Service Line provided to WebMD Ignite, if applicable.
  • Service Category: WebMD Ignite’s attributed Service Category for the campaign.
  • Service Category Sub: WebMD Ignite’s attributed Service Subcategory for the campaign.
  • Pri Procedure Grouper: The primary procedure code identified in the downstream encounter.
  • Pri Diagnosis Grouper: The primary diagnosis code identified in the downstream encounter.
  • Financial Measures: 6 available  in the reporting tool and based on the availability of your organization’s EMR data.
    • Total Charges
    • Expected Reimb ( Expected Reimbursement)
    • Expected CM (Expected Contribution Margin):  This is also the default in reporting today when opening the dashboard or using the former Ignite Growth Platform dashboards and reports.
    • Actual Reimb (Actual Reimbursement)
    • Actual CM ( Actual Contribution Margin)
    • Direct Cost

Tip: Download the data extract by selecting Download at the top right of the tab. Before doing so, consider what campaign setting criteria has been used. The Data Extract tab is responsive to the Overall and Objective toggle. This will update the rows in the data extract accordingly.
