Patient de-duplication logic

To prevent data inflation, the platform calculates unique patient counts across the entire campaign group. If a single patient appears in three different campaigns within your aggregate report, they are counted as one unique patient in your final totals.

Attribution: "Behavioral First, Last Touch"

Aggregate Reporting uses a specific methodology to determine which campaign receives credit for a patient's action:

  • Standard Attribution: Utilizes "Behavioral First, Last Touch" logic across the selected campaigns. This ensures that credit is assigned accurately within the context of the group.
  • Lead Summation: Leads are simply summed across all included campaigns for a straightforward total.
  • Downstream Distribution: Specialized methodology is used to distribute credit and prevent revenue from being double-counted across multiple touchpoints.
