My organization's custom service line data is sent and loaded to the platform every month - so why don’t I see them when using Market Planner Insights?

Answer

At this time, Market Planner Insights supports only WebMD Ignite's defined service categories and sub-categories. Your custom service lines are available in Audience Insights, Campaign Workflow, and reporting. If you would find value in having them available in Market Planner Insights as well, please submit an enhancement request.
