With the launch of the WebMD Ignite brand, we’re excited to unveil a new name for your solution!

Introducing Ignite Growth Platform (formerly Mercury Patient Engagement). It reflects our commitment as your strategic growth partner, and the dynamic tool you can use to engage patients and consumers at every stage of the journey.

Starting when you log in, you’ll notice the new brand colors and logo, brought to life by the iconic mark we call “The Burst”.

We’ve also updated some of the naming conventions used throughout; for example, in Audience Insights and Campaign Workflow, “Mercury Health Service Lines” are now “Ignite Service Lines”. Other UI updates, like new button colors, are underway and will appear in the platform soon.


This release focuses solely on rebranding—all the functionality you’re used to works the same.

With that foundation in place, it’s also a new beginning to invest in your success. In coming releases, we’ll be adding a host of new features and enhancements—many straight from our Voice of the Customer program—to fuel your growth. Stay tuned!
