Ignite your ideas with the Product Feedback Portal
Got a request for a new feature? A minor enhancement or critical need? Let us know in our new interactive portal and it just might make our next release!
An exciting new way to collaborate
A key addition to our Voice of the Customer (VoC) program, the Portal allows you to share feedback directly with our Product team, then track the status through every stage of development.
Ideas are represented by clickable cards on an easy-to-use board. Consider it your personal view of our roadmap, and your place to help us shape it. Make your own requests, show your support for others—we may even ask you to join us in designing and testing. If it’s something you need, we want to know.
Share and vote on what matters most
There are 2 easy ways to make your voice heard:
To vote for an existing idea, simply click the card and indicate how important it is to you (along with any any comments for additional context):
- Not important: Helpful, but not required to meet your needs
- Nice to have: Would be cool, convenient, or useful
- Important: Solves a major need for your purposes
- Critical: Essential to make happen; without it, I’d consider switching to another product
Votes are tallied in the top right of the card. The total votes each request receives—and the level of importance—create an Impact Score we use to prioritize enhancements for release.
To submit your own idea, just click the button in the top right of the Portal. Then provide some details so we can better understand how it helps you, and assign it a priority.
Keep in mind: Your idea won’t appear in the Portal immediately. First it heads to our Product team to determine the fit in our larger plans and potentially merge with a similar request. We may also reach out to you for more details.
If it’s a go, we’ll post your idea for voting by other users and send an email to let you know it’s live.
Stay informed at every step
Once you’ve given your feedback, follow along as it moves through our process. Use the tabs at the top of the Portal to stay up to date on ideas of interest:
- Voting: Cleared by our Product team and seeking more input
- Researching: Scoping and design concepts are underway
- Developing: Actively being worked on for an upcoming release
- Released: Recently implemented and ready to use!
Don’t have time to check? You’ll also get an automatic email update if and when your idea is posted, and whenever the status changes on an idea you’ve submitted or voted on.
Access right from your platform
When inspiration strikes or you want to browse the board, you’ll find the link to the Portal in the Profile dropdown menu. No extra login required—one click and you’re in!
