In this release:    Fix: Tactics & Tracking     |     Fix: Campaign reporting

Fixed

Issue

In Tactics & Tracking, we resolved 2 issues when client-specific query parameters were appended to URLs.

Number 1

The URL with Parameters field was pulling in parameters from the URL (for Landing Page or Entry Form) field, which is meant for reference only.

Bug fix 1

Number 2

When multiple URLs were added within a single tactic, the URL with Parameters field was using parameters from the last added URL across all URLs, instead of the unique client parameters for each URL.

Bug fix 2

Impact and potential actions

  • Ignite Growth Platform reporting: NO impact — lead capture, attribution, and ROI are accurate.
  • Off-platform impact:
    • If additional parameters were not part of the Web Tracking URLs, no action is needed.
    • If additional parameters were part of the Web Tracking URLs, we recommend regenerating the URLs  and updating them in  your marketing assets (email CTAs, Display/Search URLs, etc.) to ensure:
      • Accurate off-platform reporting
      • Users are directed to the right page

Best practice: It’s best to wait to append any of your non-platform tracking parameters (e.g., UTMs) before placing the link in your marketing materials.

Issue

In the Campaign Reporting >  ROI Dashboard tab, we resolved an issue where the Percent Matched rate was incorrectly shown as 100% when Unmastered Persons were included. The metric is now accurately calculated and displayed based on the actual percentage of leads matched to patients by channel.

Impact

  • This issue did not impact the Percent Matched rate on the standard Mastered Persons report.
  • This fix does not affect any metrics, either lead capture or downstream (ROI, channel attribution, etc.) aside from the Percent Matched score itself across all channels.
