All-channel reporting: Expand your view of success
When building your campaigns, you can set up tactics and tracking for all supported channels. Now for the first time, get reporting on all 12 channels—including paid social and other digital media—right in your platform.

Capture spend for every channel
We've updated the Cost Schedule, so you can add your costs for any channels tracked in the campaign. With all your investments (and fixed costs) accounted for, you’ll get more accurate ROI and financial effectiveness measures.

Capture reporting for every channel
See inbound activity across your campaign Dashboard and Reports tabs for any channel with trackable URLs for those activities. Reporting for the new channels starts from the Consideration Conversion level (form completes, HRA submissions, inbound calls), down to Decision Conversions (visits meeting the campaign objective).

Keep in mind: Reporting impact to your existing campaigns
This release impacts new campaigns moving forward and any existing campaigns where the additional channels (like paid social) were set up in Tactics & Tracking and using the URL generated in Ignite Growth Platform.
For those campaigns already in market, you might see:
- An increase in Consideration and Decision Conversions, driven by the activities captured in the tracked channels that are now part of the reporting.
- Adjusted ROI, contribution margin (CM), and other financial measures, if you go back and enter costs for the tracked channels in the expanded Cost Schedule.

We’re thrilled to launch the new Ignite Growth Platform Help Center—revamped and enhanced for an experience we think you’ll like.
Built from the ground up using WebMD Ignite’s own web solution, the site offers new features (like suggestive search), more intuitive navigation, plus:
- Faster access: Jump from your platform to the Help Center without having to sign in again.
- Improved self-service: Long articles have been broken down into how-tos, general reference, best practices, and FAQs, to quickly find what you need.
- More guidance: We’ve added animated images to walk you through workflows, along with new color-coded tips and notes and links to related resources, like courses in Ignite Academy.
- Easier support: For technical issues, try our new quick form—no login required. Support status updates are provided by email, and you can always reply to check in.

Fixed
- Custom activity data submissions: When you generate trackable URLs for your activities and submit them for ingestion in Ignite Growth Platform, we now accept “mh” as the Source value. Previously, users received an error message and had to replace the value with “webmd_ignite.”
