What is the difference between the “create_datetime” and “update_datetime” attributes?

Answer

In most cases:

  • "create_datetime" reflects when a record is created in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud system.
  • "update_ datetime" reflects the last time the records attributes are updated via an audience sync.
