Dismiss Modal

Question

If I load a solicitability file with records not yet in the platform, will those records be created and have their solicitability set?

Answer

Yes. Records are created and updated based on whether the submitted data can be mastered:

Records that can be mastered

If the Solicitability List record contains sufficient information to be mastered, a new Person record is created (or merged with an existing one), and the resulting Person inherits the solicitable status submitted in the file.

Records that can’t be mastered

If the record can’t be mastered but includes an email address or phone number, an Unmastered Person record is created. The submitted solicitable statuses are applied to supported channels only (email and phone).
