How do I delete an audience or campaign workflow?
Answer
It must be done in a specific order. Audiences can't be deleted when attached to Campaigns.
- First, go to the campaign. If the list was exported, delete the list(s). Then detach the audience from the campaign.
- Once detached, you can delete the campaign.
Note: if you have synced an audience to marketing automation, you will not be able to detach the audience and you will be unable to delete this campaign workflow and audience from your Ignite Growth Platform.
