Question
I communicated to a particular Age, Gender, or Payor category; but why doesn't it show in the Reached tab?
I know I communicated to an Age, Gender, or Payor category through push channel sends or digital leads returned; but that particular category (e.g., Age 18-24) is not appearing in the lower charts.
Answer
The Age, Payor, and Gender charts in the Campaign Demographics section currently do not display Reached categories if there are not corresponding utilization categories. For example: if 10,000 were reached in the 18-24 age category but 0 visits have occurred for that group, neither bar will appear. When even 1 visit or utilization has occurred, the Reached category bars will appear in the graphs. In the future, we may release a better visual that displays Reached categories whether or not any visits have occurred.
