How are Ignite Service Lines different from what my health system uses?

Ignite Service Lines categorize visits based on “why.” This reasoning results in more intelligent inclusion or exclusion of individuals for marketing and ROI reporting captures more ancillary encounters associated with the call to action.
Example: An orthopedics campaign with the objective of increasing hip replacement surgery visits, a traditional service line “what” categorization would miss the encounters leading up to and after the surgery. Ignite Service Lines capture and include these in ROI reporting.
