Question

When I add/change dates in the Communication Start and End Date filters, why don't my Campaign Reporting metrics (such as Downstream Visits and ROI) change?

Answer

Communication Start Date and Communication End Date set the date range of communications that will be included in the reporting. If these dates are changed, but the new date range encapsulates the same communication totals, you'll see the same results. For downstream and ROI numbers to change, you'll need to have selected dates that alter the number of communications included.

For example: let's say all communications for a campaign were sent between May 1, 2024 and June 30, 2024. No more communications were sent after June 30. If you are looking the ROI tab with the start date set to May 1, 2024 and the end date set to June 30, 2024; this includes all the communications. If you were to then change the end date to October 31, 2024, none of the metrics will change because this new date range still includes the same number of communications.
