Ignite Service Lines look at the encounter's context or the "why" and assigns based on that logic. Specialists can provide general medicine services as well. For example, an Oncology specialist diagnosis and develops a treatment plan and then turns the patient over to the PCP for monitoring. It's totally appropriate for a PCP to monitor health, regardless of body system.
