Question

Why are the default communication start and end dates 1/1/1900 to 12/31/7999? Shouldn't these be my actual campaign communication dates?

Answer

The date range pre-populates based on the user-established Activity Date Range in Campaign Settings. If Any Date is selected, the default communication start and end date is an indicator that no Activity Date Range was populated. The default start and end dates are set to ensure all data is integrated into the report.
