Question
How do I exclude the recipients of a previous email/email audience?
Answer
- In the Audience Insights Editor, click the Exclusions tab and click NEW CRITERIA GROUP.
- If the criteria filters are not already displayed, click Add Criteria.
- Open the Activity filters and drag/drop Email Name to the new group.
- Begin entering the email to exclude and select it from the autocomplete suggestions.
- Click Save.
The same process can be used for Direct Mail Lists as well as other activities.
