Question

How do I exclude the recipients of a previous email/email audience?

Answer

  1. In the Audience Insights Editor, click the Exclusions tab and click NEW CRITERIA GROUP.
  2. If the criteria filters are not already displayed, click Add Criteria.
  3. Open the Activity filters and drag/drop Email Name to the new group.
  4. Begin entering the email to exclude and select it from the autocomplete suggestions.
  5. Click Save.

The same process can be used for Direct Mail Lists as well as other activities.
