What exactly does the Top Cities graph on the Reach tab represent? Does it count where each person lived when they received the communication, or where they live now?
Answer
The Top Cities chart shows geographic distribution of individuals reached through the campaign (and not patients). This includes individuals reached through push channels as well as leads. It uses their current ZIP code. We do not have information about ZIP codes at time of communication/encounter in Ignite Growth Platform.
