Sneak peek: Capturing spend for integrated media

We’ve expanded the digital channels available for campaign attribution. Now we’re thrilled to preview our next key piece that paves the way for top-of-funnel reporting!

What it is

The Edit Cost Schedule includes a new dropdown option for Cost Per Mille (CPM). This metric calculates the fixed cost for every 1,000 impressions from integrated digital media  — providing insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.

How it works

Initially, CPM will be available for use by Ignite Activation Agency strategists in managed client campaigns. While this option isn’t live for self-service clients just yet, it sets up media spend integrations for our upcoming addition to campaign reporting: Digital Performance.

Why it matters

This update is another way we’re helping clients integrate more types of media spend for optimizing  digital campaign performance. Stay tuned for more details!

Audience Insights

We resolved an issue where selected facilities were either not appearing in the Criteria Summary, or shown as facility codes instead of the actual names. Now facilities will display correctly when applied to your audience.

Market Planner Insights

In the Service Line Assessment, we fixed an issue in the Market Insights > Internal Status tab. When filtering by Market Area then hovering over the charts, the counts were not being updated. Now they display correctly.
