Market Planner Insights

We’ve updated two dashlets in the Service Line Assessment for improved clarity and accuracy.

Volume of Targets: Updated logic and labels

In the Market Insights > Internal Status > Volume of Targets report, we corrected an issue that caused some individuals to be double counted. The report now shows distinct counts and an accurate distribution of patients and non-patients at risk.

To highlight the new logic, we also adjusted chart labels:

  • The dashlet itself has been renamed to Target of Volume by Risk Category
  • In the hover text, we added a new label called At-Risk Target Types to clarify which group (patients or non-patients) you’re viewing. Number formatting has also been improved to use whole numbers with commas (e.g., 1,838,274)

Targets By Risk Model: Updated label

In the Target Insights > Target By Risk Models report, we’ve updated a column header to better reflect the data shown. The label Visits has been changed to Targets Count, which represents the top 9% of individuals the model predicts will likely need those services in the next 12 months.

Note: In an upcoming release, we’re also updating any blank model descriptions.
