How do I re-subscribe an email address in Eloqua after it was accidentally unsubscribed?
Answer
There are a few ways:
- Log a support ticket for your Marketing Engagement Specialist to re-subscribe the email address.
- OR - - Edit the subscription status for channel email by searching for the contact in Audiences > Contacts in Eloqua:
- Navigate to Audience, then click Contacts.
- Open the contact you want to update.
- Click the Preferences tab.
- To change the contact's global subscription status. Click Unsubscribe or Subscribe.
- Click Save.
