How do I set up tracking for the Digital Out of Home channel?

The Digital Out of Home channel supports communications via billboards, signage, and other "offline" types of media. To set up tracking, a QR code, easy to remember URL, or phone number (added to Campaign Workflow Campaign Objectives) are required so when a consumer scans the QR code or reaches out using the URL or phone number, that "lead" is attributed to the Digital Out of Home channel in reporting.
