How do I re-subscribe an email address in Eloqua after it was accidentally unsubscribed?

Answer

There are a few ways:

  1. Log a support ticket for your Marketing Engagement Specialist to re-subscribe the email address.
    - OR -
  2. Edit the subscription status for channel email by searching for the contact in Audiences > Contacts in Eloqua:
    1. Navigate to Audience, then click Contacts.
    2. Open the contact you want to update.
    3. Click the Preferences tab.
    4. To change the contact's global subscription status. Click Unsubscribe or Subscribe.
    5. Click Save.
