Question
How do I create a target audience using HealthAdvisor assessment data?
Answer
When using HealthAdvisor assessment data to create a target audience, you first select the HealthAdvisor assessment (also called "health risk assessment" or "HRA"), then select the risk levels of that HRA that you would like to target.
HealthAdvisor assessment risk level values are dynamically recognized in Audience Insights based on organically submitted HRAs. Any risk level that has not been received as a result of a submitted HRA will not appear in the list of selectable risk level values.
To select a HealthAdvisor assessment and risk levels as target audience criteria:
- In Ignite Growth Platform, create a new (or edit an existing) target audience.
- Click Add criteria.
- Under Activity, drag HRA Name to the criteria list.
- Select the name of your HRA.
- Select the risk levels you would like to target.
- Remember: any risk levels that have not been the result of an assessment will not appear in the criteria list.
- Save the new (or updated) audience.
If you are setting up a new campaign, proceed with adding audience groups (if desired) and building a campaign in Campaign Workflow.
If you are updating an existing audience, any campaigns with this audience attached will be updated automatically the next time the audience syncs to the marketing automation tool. This usually occurs in 24-48 hours.
