How do I attribute HealthAdvisor assessment submissions to a campaign?

Answer

You can create a tactic for your campaign that tracks the assessment:

  1. Notate the URL for the HealthAdvisor assessment that you want to track in a campaign.
  2. In Ignite Growth Platform, click Campaign Workflow and select the appropriate campaign.
  3. On the Overview tab, click Tactics & Tracking to scroll to that section.
  4. Click +New Tactic.
  5. Enter a tactic Name (required) and Description (optional). In the URL field, enter the URL notated in step 1.
  6. Select the channel, source, and agency.
  7. Under Web Tracking, click +Add a URL, then enter the URL notated from step 1 here as well.
  8. Click the Generate button to populate the URL with Parameters field with a tracking URL formatted with the specific parameters.
  9. Click the Copy URL button to copy the URL to your clipboard for placement in your marketing messaging.

When an individual uses the URL with parameters to fill out an assessment, their activity will be tracked back to this campaign/channel and included in your metrics.
